Temple of fried delicacies in Calahonda, opened in 1989 by the Lorenzo family. Sea anemones, fried baby squid, lamb brains, grilled fish, and surf and turf dishes. A very comprehensive wine list. Brothers Daniel and Álvaro keep the family tradition alive.
